Preparation and Arrival
After scheduling an appointment with us, you will receive a link to access your secure chart. You are then able to complete your new patient forms at your convenience prior to your appointment. Our patient-friendly platform includes plenty of visuals and guides you through the questionnaire smoothly. You can also add family members and upload any necessary documents for our records.
Warm Welcome and Comfort Amenities
Upon your arrival, you'll receive a warm welcome from our friendly team. While we review your paperwork and address any questions you may have, feel free to enjoy complimentary refreshments from our beverage station and snack bar. Our operatories are equipped with two TVs for your entertainment, one in front of you and the other in the ceiling to view while lying down. We also provide noise-canceling headphones and blankets for added comfort during your appointment.
Comprehensive Examination
During your initial visit, our skilled dental assistants will take all necessary X-rays and photos to assess your oral health thoroughly. Dr. George will then perform a comprehensive exam and discuss her findings with you. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.
If any treatment needs are identified, our team will present you with transparent options and assist you in scheduling follow-up appointments. We accept most PPO insurance plans and are happy to provide guidance on navigating insurance benefits. We also offer Smile Haven Wellness membership plan.

As your visit concludes, you'll have a summary of your dental health which explains in detail the current status of your oral health and what can be done to improve it.
